Alex and Duncan: Thanks guys, that means alot to me :), and thanks to everyone who said they enjoyed my act; performing it was a truly awesome experience!

Hopefully, I'll try and do one of these HLGCBS things or a review of some sort soon.

I have them too, filmed from a good angle on the balcony. I will get them to you both, and you can choose whether you want to make them public. Unfortunately, I have a lot of footage to deal with right now, so it won't be super-soon....

First of all, thanks to Nev for the diabolos for my routine, much appreciated.

Highlights...
Dave's Mankini
The SOFA, courtesy of the one and only Marky Mark (who is an excellent Renegade host also)
The Origami Pig
Big G
BYJOTY and best trick - Well done to Ken!
Jonny Duffin
Toby on the skateboard
Spink, being himself.

Lows
My tech rehearsal for BYJOTY going atrociously, which made me a lot more nervous
Intense heat in the mornings
The walk to BYJOTY

Really enjoyed the summer BJC!

I don't mind at all ;) thanks for filming it!

Highs:

The unexpected seating that was present: A proper sofa and a motorised chaise longue at the same convention? Classy indeed.
Dave's mankini. 'Nuff said!
Doing well in BYJotY and Best trick competition. Really unexpected, but made me incredibly happy. Very well done to Ben, also!
Coming 2nd in the Kendama championships (thanks for arranging it, Void!). Well done to other d.ca memebers that entered, too!
Hanging out and catching up with old and new friends alike.
Dave and Toby finding my reel of string! Thanks guys!

Lows:

I wasn't too keen on the sports halls; a bit too small and hot for me.
The heat: I really don't do too well in the sun... :( I got a nice tan though, so that's a plus.

Goal:

Stay up for the renegade: Failed. Miserably.
To do better than I did last year in BYJotY: From what I've heard from others, and from how I feel personally, Check!

Crush:

Aliss: For being awesome at snakeboard and free liners, and for teaching me how to use the latter.
Spink: No explanation needed.
Mark BMC: As above.

Bane:

The unpredictability of the weather: At times it was too hot, then too windy, then wet. It was mostly dry throughout the convention, but trying to put up and take down a tent in the wind is never fun.

Suprise:

CAT! There was a ginger cat that belonged to Monte, I think (the guy running one of the food vans). He/She was all soppy and stuff. Aww.

All in all, it was a fantastic convention; the shows were top notch, the location was pretty good and the people were awesome. Already looking forward to the next one!

And oh sorry Tom! But.. I just thought that your normal name was 'Ginger Tom' So when I asked.. 'Ginger would you like a ginger coockie ( Wich tasted horrible only Jacob liked it.. ) it was not ment to be a mean joke :P

Coming up with many variations of 2D sprinkler wirly birds.

Getting 8 catches of 4 low  :-D

Pulling off several 3D vortex

The Heat

Jacob saying im like a Finnish kid  :-D

Making a fool of myself almost everynight from too much booze.

Getting some long runs of 3 high.

Lows:

I spent most of the convention either too drunk or too hung over to do any hard diabolo tricks consistently, i deffinatly wasnt to my usual standard and i was quite disappointed in myself for that.

The venue was a bag of balls, the only sports halls were smaller than most back yards and they were a 15 minute walk away from each other.

The wind

Loosing one of my diabolo's in the roof of the show hall.

Crackers not being able to make it

Goal:

Stay sober enough to pull of crazy tricks - failed

Crush:
