When you lern a new trick you want to show it and tell others that you have achived someting new. This is a thread where you can tell about your latest achievements, doesnt matter if its the stringclimb or a solid four diabolo shuffle you just lernt, tell us about it! And let others be inspired by what you do!

This is one of many "I just learnt to..." threads which was started by mrbpink back in 2005 (in fact you are now reading the original!). Its intended purpose was as follows:

The original "I just learnt to..." thread wasn the most popular thread on the forum. Long forum threads induce an extra burden on the forum database server, so to keep things running smoothly around here I have started archiving these threads by year.

If you really feel like reading them all, there are about 1000 posts per year (2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005). There may also be more years of threads since this message was written. Have a look around. Otherwise, just post in the most recent version of this thread. It should be near the top of the Tricks section. It almost always is.

i just managed a 2D sun to arm stall... unfortunately, it wasn't deliberate and i don't know how it happened

2day i pulled off my first quad sprinkler and it was not as hard as i hoped so 2moro im going to try for a fith wrap

Also figuered out how to get spymac (free hosting) to work so expect some lil videos from me soon.

I did some platespinning on the handstick with the diabolo going on the string. It was verry simple to do , once i got the idea... Ill try with a devilstick one of these days...

didn't saw it anywhere. is there some from trash video i can see? i think it's easy trick what i "invented", when i was thinking about excalibur around the body satellite (which still can't do)

some kind of around the head exc. sun can be seen at the beginning of the Hopla Convention Video. Soon after the "des belges" text.

3 low 522 with the 22 being a left sun and continue (fred's trick)!!! the 5 was definitely closer to a 4, but I guess that's how it's written. I also figured a way to do constant 522 (522522522....). If you do a left sun using mostly left hand (like in a c-fan), and then open quick, you can pop the diabolo up high. if you do this with three, you can then catch the first five, and immediately do another sun. I was able to do the second sun once, but there was no possibilty of continuing.... .....at least for now!

I just learned two diabolos and am pretty excited about it..........although I can't start it myself and need Sean to throw it in for me. Whatever one step at a time I guess
