it's freezing out there! short winter diabolo video
« on: January 25, 2009, 05:18:45 PM »
Hey everyone,
I've been filming with my brother's camera and I made a small diabolo video.
It's pretty short and not that great. But It was fun to make.
Tell me what you think.
(there are 2 versions. They are almost the same. I prefer the 2nd version, but if you want to see the first go to my youtube page: http://www.youtube.com/user/ep2992)
Thanks

I liked it.  It was short and had some new stuff like the leg tricks that I've never seen before.  Btw, is that the new Duncan Phoenix?

nice, hard to film outside in the winter, and you did it well.

Good job, I know what it's like to do diabolo outside in really cold weather. I live in Minnesota. I liked how how had it spinning on the ice, that was cool.

I live in new jersey and just practicing in 32 degree weather with sundia spins= :embarassed: worst idea ever. my little yoyo crew-we're practicing for an upcoming performance-we've broken so many cups for our spins that it's became ridiculous and we stopped practicing. i guess the sunda spin cups are just more fragile compared to henrys/tais-b/c i noticed the sundia cups were harder as opposed to the softer henry/tai cups.

Consider yourself lucky. The other day my temp gauge said "44.2" which is 111.56 for you imperial folk.

Ice vertax was sick.
How long did it take you to film the intro?

Filming the intro took longer than you would think. Maybe 45 minutes to an hour? Something like that.
