Thanks for the great comments  :-D this was a very hard trick for me to crack, its taken a few months. I cant wait to try some variations of it 1-2-3-2-3 and maybe i can finally crack that 2-3-2-1-2-3 which i thought id never get.

Sorry to hear about the lost sun.  Tiff (I think, or it might have been Pete Bone.  Or maybe it was each of them!) lost a beanbag up there one year.  I remember lots of discussion about trying to get it back down, but I think stuff that gets stuck up there is pretty much gone.   But then sod's law dictates that getting another means the lost one will be retrieved.

Thanks for the tips with feeds etc at Nottingham - still not practiced enough to make progress but I do have a better idea what to try when I manage to get some practice in.
