Its not amazing, but its ok.

erm...not really sure what to make of this. Honestly, i thought the video was pretty terrible. Very repetative. Unoriginal. Just not very good. Leads me to believe that maybe its a bit of a mick-take? The fan on your back fuels my suspitions the most. Firstly, this is a massively over-done trick and your attempt at it clearly runs out of spin and is then brought back when you stand up.
Looking forward to your new video anyway, fingers crossed it won't be anything like this.

Are you serious? agreed the fan was a bit weird but the rest of it was amazing, his style is ridiculously good.

I am serious, yes. I don't see anything revolutionary about it and i certainly wouldn't describe anything it in as amazing. People have been doing mini-gens and variations of them involving pointless stick whirling for tiiiime. I can't say i can pick out a single trick that was even slightly new. The style thing comes don't to personal taste anyway. Personally, stuff done with a really small string done really fast isn't for me.

Why does everything have to be original? Most of the stuff i put online isnt original, most people say they like my 3D stuff cause of my smooth style. I like GT's stuff cause of his short string fast style. But your right it is down to personal taste, maybe its just that cause he was just a massive influence to me i find it weird to hear people bash his style.

It doesn't have to be original, you're right and I enjoy your videos. You've got what i was getting at i think though, the style isn't something i like, paired with the fact that nothing was new made it a bad video for me.

i actually have to agree with toby...somewhat. i actually like the style and i respect the fluidity, but the tricks are generic.

lets not kid ourselves, we know that GT can pull some great stuff. but its just not really in this video.

The 2d routine is great! I gotta learn that suicide at 1:44, that was nice!
