Bent axle.

Ok, I just bent the axle of my finesse somehow. It doesn't stay balanced anymore. Helpless case or can I somehow fix this without buying a new axle?

ooh sounds nasty  :-|. So you mean the bolt through the middle is bent because i don't see how the thin bit the string goes on is going to bend?

you can order a new axle here:
http://vliegeruit.com/osc/product_info.php/cPath/835/products_id/18046?osCsid=1cd3607e29912a23c11f4f120546d221
the link shows the axle for a harlequin diabolo, but you should email the shop and ask for an finesse axle, no problem.

Just buy a long bolt from any hardware or diy shop and just cut the head off to the correct length with a hacksaw (and file the rough edges).  The bolt should only cost a few pence. I think the finesse thread is M8 from memory.

You can also buy threaded bar which only costs about £2 for 1m (enough to make loads of bolts)
