where to start for integral suicides

I have learnt tomicide and and am trying to learn more integrals, but I am having a lot of trouble because when i do them because a lot of the time one or both sticks are always unstable when I release.. I also want more integrals to progress from because I realize that I cannot do hard integrals immediately and try harder and harder ones. I'm just not sure where to go from here to move up in difficulty or how to nail them consistently.

Advice please?

Try differnt interies and exits.
I only know tomicides.  But i know a few ways of getting into them.
If you do i genocide to the right and land the diab on the string bettween your two hands youl be set up for a tomicide.
