This is one of many "I just learnt to..." threads which was started by mrbpink back in 2005. Its intended purpose was as follows:

When you learn a new trick you want to show it and tell others that you have achieved something new. This is a thread where you can tell about your latest achievements, doesn't matter if its the string climb or a solid four diabolo shuffle you just learnt, tell us about it! And let others be inspired by what you do!

The original "I just learnt to..." thread wasn the most popular thread on the forum. Long forum threads induce an extra burden on the forum database server, so to keep things running smoothly around here I have started archiving these threads by year.

If you really feel like reading them all, there are about 1000 posts per year (2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005). There may also be more years of threads since this message was written. Have a look around. Otherwise, just post in the most recent version of this thread. It should be near the top of the Tricks section. It almost always is.

3d sun 13 ott afterward trid a seft stop on the 14th catch but on fell out of the 2d shuffle.
EDIT:42 sun with about 18 otts afterwards but a failed selfstop.
ANOTHER EDIT: 3 catches after a suicide!

I made some progress on my fan, I don't catapulte away 1 diabolo immediatly after the vortex enrty

EDIT: I qualified a fan with vortex entry, but it was short and ****ty looking.

i kno these triks are like standard now.. but i havent learned them cause i was using the WRONG HAND!! GAHH. i was using the wrng hand for genocide variations on the release... and also the wrng hand for inf. suicides.. i feel kinda dumb T.T
but its all good now!!

There is no wrong hand for genocides, in every direction from each hand, genocides have been done.

I´ve learnt quite a few tricks since my last post here, and especially during the winter holiday (and it´s not over yet) but for the holiday I´m just so excited about finally getting 360 (walk-around) unwrapped inf. suicide on my left (I know it´s a basic trick but it´s actually way harder than the wrapped version). Also gotten the Taiwanese´s combo for going back out solid and right handed unwrapped from a normal wrapped. I have changed my sun so it now looks a lot more like the async people do it (whipping with the left around just one diab as a pivotingpoint) and have started to have success with continous fts. Also slowly started to learn 3D accelration into 3 high more solid finally and some new 3D arm/handstall variations (darksidestuff among others ). Probably some more stuff not mentioned too, but this are the tricks I´m most pleased with right now.

Slightly offtopic: I HATE the Eiffeltower. Been trying for ages to learn it but slackwhiptricks are just not my thing. If anyone know of an "Eiffelguide for the absolute dummie", please let me know .
