This is one of many "I just learnt to..." threads which was started by mrpink back in 2005. Its intended purpose was as follows:

When you learn a new trick you want to show it and tell others that you have achieved something new. This is a thread where you can tell about your latest achievements, doesn't matter if its the string climb or a solid four diabolo shuffle you just learnt, tell us about it! And let others be inspired by what you do!

The original "I just learnt to..." thread was the most popular thread on the forum. Long forum threads induce an extra burden on the forum database server, so to keep things running smoothly around here I have started archiving these threads by year.

If you really feel like reading them all, there are about 1000 posts per year (2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005). There may also be more years of threads since this message was written. Have a look around. Otherwise, just post in the most recent version of this thread. It should be near the top of the Tricks section. It almost always is.

i learned a s fan to c fan combo, that includes a continious mini geno

a solid wrap start for 3d async. also learned the left hand throws and had around 7 otts only from lefthand throws and no pushing down with right. gonna try to work on it this evening for bigger control of it and to carry on doing it for more otts

talk about learning 3d quick? xD if i combine all the days i have tried to practice 3d it would be only about a month. seems afterall that learning to diabolo righthanded is paying off xD

edit: just got 9 otts and shuffle didnt collapse. only reason it stopped was because i had bad accuracy :/

imo you should learn the other easy suicides like ice cracker, fire cracker,... first. then you can try tomicide, then  the mini geno (for me it was much easier to learn the mini geno before i the geno.) when i got the mini geno working, i only need about 10 trys to get the geno. before i tryed it about 100 times but i couldnt catch the diabolo.
