Over the left arm orbits. Help!

I realy need some help with this trick befor i kill my self, or possibaly someone else.
How do you do over the left arm orbits!
Any help will be apreciated.

Try to have the stick more straightened when it gets to the left side of your left arm. Then use more of your wrist to toss it to the right.

make sure to hold your left stick so that when it goes over, the string doesnt rub on the cups...

if you watch the tutorial from Diabology, you'll see that the right hand does most of the work when pushing it over.

why do you want to do it over the left arm anyway? right arm is where most of the tricks and such happen...unless you are left handed. then disregard all that i said.

I think there is a point learning left arm especially if you know how to do both arm orbit as it opens up simple combos between the three moves.

Also surely its worth knowing just as every single slight variation of a trick is worth knowing. Variaty is the spice of life and all that.
