6. Do you juggle other props? If so: balls, clubs, rings, cigar boxes, devil sticks... ? Clubs mostly, up to 4 clubs :)

7. What are your favourite diabolos, sticks, and string? RED Sundia shinings, titanium sticks(because of the weight)

1. How many years have you diaboloed for?
Almost 8 years with a less active period of nearly 2 years.

2. What or who got you started?
My mum bought one diabolo one day and I don’t exactly know why anymore and since then I've never really stopped to play with it.

3. What do you like best about the diabolo or juggling in general?
The infinity of possibilities you have and the sensation you feel when you achieve something you were not able to do before.

4. How many hours a day do you diabolo on average?
It really depends if I'm in an inspiration mood or not. I'd say something like 2 hours a day when I have a concrete idea in mind.

5. Do you ever perform with the diabolo?
Yes, I've already done some street acts and other random shows.

6. Do you juggle other props? If so: balls, clubs, rings, cigar boxes, devil sticks... ?
Only clubs and balls, but just a little.

7. What are your favourite diabolos, sticks, and string?
Epic A-Dream, MB Finesse G2 or G3 with kit evo 1 and 7. Deos sticks or MB Extreme. Henry yellow string.

8. Do you like working with 1, 2, or 3 diabolos the best?
At the moment 3 low (I was recently able to do it :)) and 4 high (I don’t know how guys can have that skill so constantly?). But most of the time I play with 1 because you have more possibilities with it. And it’s the skill I control the most.

9. What is your favourite diabolo trick that you can do?
Some tricks I can do that no one has ever done or integrals, integrals and integrals!!!

10. What is the most amazing diabolo trick you've ever seen done?
Robin Spinelli doing the martian at the EJC in Bruneck. Just doing 5 low like it's nothing and he had never failed he’s 4 low before being thrown the fifth one which is even crazier.

11. What tricks are driving you nuts right now (what are you working on)?
Some 3 low tricks, 4 high (also 4 low but just for fun) and some integrals and other suicide wizardry.

12. What other diaboloists have inspired you?
There are so many. :o
Eljas Aalto, Joona Muistola, Arvi Yrjölä, Henry Kangas, The Bergo’s, The Sharpe’s, The Chauzy’s, Clément Lulé, William Gilbert, Alistair Girardot, Cyrille, Gregoire, Arthur Brebant, Victor Leroux, Petit Lu, Sebastian Haushofer, Pranay Werner, Serjej , Dominik Lüthi, Jordan Atz, Valerian Kapeller and Tim Schulze.
As you can see, a lot of people. ;)

All right then, might as well introduce myself.

Name: Pauline
Location: Netherlands
Age: 30 something. There's questions you just don't ask a lady.

1. How many years have you diaboloed for?
Just over a year.

2. What or who got you started?
My horse. Three years ago I broke my hand resulting in me losing most of the "feel" I had in my dominant hand. My horse made it very clear that he was not going to put up with such clumsiness. I had in fact become unable to communicate in a subtle way through my reins. I needed to find a solution, and fast. When I saw a diabolo performance at a festival things fell into place.

3. What do you like best about the diabolo or juggling in general?
Not being in pain anymore. Also, diabolo gives me a zen-like focus and it offers lots of creative options. The artistic side of diabolo is what most appeals to me.

4. How many hours a day do you diabolo on average?
This varies greatly. Sometimes I practice a few hours a day and sometimes I don't touch a diabolo for weeks.

5. Do you ever perform with the diabolo?
Oh no.

6. Do you juggle other props? If so: balls, clubs, rings, cigar boxes, devil sticks... ?
Nope. I tried ball juggling first. That really hurt. It made it worse.

7. What are your favourite diabolos, sticks, and string?
I secretly like my unforgiving bitches aka Finesses. Taibolo sticks and orange Henry's string.

8. Do you like working with 1, 2, or 3 diabolos the best?
2 but not very good at it yet.

9. What is your favourite diabolo trick that you can do?
180-turns. I change from dominant to non-dominant side all the time.

10. What is the most amazing diabolo trick you've ever seen done?
Priam's endlessly inventive suicides.

11. What tricks are driving you nuts right now (what are you working on)?
Vertax.

12. What other diaboloists have inspired you?
Anyone who has a natural fluidity combined with well-executed tricks.

Far too few and not regularly enough.

Infinite suicide genocide exit or vertax genocide both of which need lots of practice!

I'll just have to get used to TheSpinForce then ;) I think I'll be PM'ing you or sending you a message on FB soon, the Diaglo sticks look like a super interesting stick to play with given that there's no transition between the 'handle' and 'stick' portions that's in traditional handsticks. I really want to try them out given the merits of their design, especially since I think grind tricks are cool as all hell~
