Name: Ian "Bill" Kemp.
Location: Ellesmere Port.
Age: 18.

1. How many years have you diaboloed for?
Just under 5 months.

2. What or who got you started?
Seeing a guy on the Yomega yo-yo video go for (and failing) a whip catch and then trying it out at the Yo-Station in Chester.

3. What do you like best about the diabolo or juggling in general?
It's relaxing and fun.  Plus it feels great when you learn something new or impress or entertain something else with your "skills".

4. How many hours a day do you diabolo on average?
Probably 2 hours at least as I do it in every little break I get at school.

5. Do you ever perform with the diabolo?

I do at school sometimes and at the basketball club for some of the younger ones.

6. Do you juggle other props? If so: balls, clubs, rings, cigar boxes, devil sticks... ?
I'll juggle anything balls (including the dreaded apple and basketballs), clubs, rings, yo-yo and a little bit of devil stick when I can lend someone’s.

7. What are your favourite diabolos, sticks, and string?
Finesse G2, Henrys Long Carbon Sticks (but starting to like the aluminium ones) and Henrys Yellow string.

8. Do you like working with 1, 2, or 3 diabolos the best?

9. What is your favourite diabolo trick that you can do?
Well when I'm very lucky it's a Genocide or Infinite Suicide Floor start but if not you have to love a finger grind.  Also there is the handbag but I'll save that until I have it in all its cheesy glory on video.

10. What is the most amazing diabolo trick you've ever seen done?
As the only diaboloers I've seen are new to it, it would have to be a magic knot to finger grind into suicide catch combo done by Leo.

11. What tricks are driving you nuts right now (what are you working on)?
Silly 2 diabolo shuffle which is almost working for me now.

12. What other diaboloists have inspired you?
The Mad French Posse, Sean, Luke Burrage and the Ellesmere Port Lads especially Leo and Mark.
