1. How many years have you diaboloed for?
I started about 7 years ago but have only recently started to pick it back up again

2. What or who got you started?
Joining up with the Circus Society when I went to Southampton University

3. What do you like best about the diabolo or juggling in general?
It is for me a form of meditation (except when trying to learn new tricks) also trying to challenge yourself to achieve more.

4. How many hours a day do you diabolo on average?
usually about 2 hours a day now

5. Do you ever perform with the diabolo?
I run Diabolo workshops on site here at Butlins teaching the little kids on holiday.

6. Do you juggle other props? If so: balls, clubs, rings, cigar boxes, devil sticks... ?
Juggling was what got me in to Diabolo, I juggle Clubs, Rings and Balls, I'm quite handy with the Devil Sticks, I do Staff and Contact Staff, a LOT of Poi (where I have focused the most), learning Contact ball at the moment, I can also ride a unicycle (badly but not falling off)

7. What are your favourite diabolos, sticks, and string?
I have not had much experience with different makes of diabolos, I had 1 that I bought from oddballs that lasted me for over 6 years untill it broke here on site.  I am now using Juggle Dream but I know they are not the best.

8. Do you like working with 1, 2, or 3 diabolos the best?
1 Diabolo, I have been trying to get the hang of 2 but it is just not happening yet.

9. What is your favourite diabolo trick that you can do?
Infinite Suicides

10. What is the most amazing diabolo trick you've ever seen done?
Blind Whip Catch.  The Diaboloist threw the diabolo in the air on the left hand side of his body while having his head turned to the right, and then never moving his head perfomed a perfect whip catch.

11. What tricks are driving you nuts right now (what are you working on)?
For some strange reason I can do some quite complex moves like mini genocides and infinite suicides, but I struggle with simple over the arm orbits, my leg orbit are a bit better but not much and you can forget about any body orbits.

12. What other diaboloists have inspired you?[/url]
too many to list.
