Brand New "Cross Bones" Cradle"

I have been working on this brand new cradle.

Let me know what you think of it!  Is it good enough to be an official diabolo trick?

I am using my Sundia because I'm not fast enough to use my finesse yet.

cool. It's not really an "official" trick, but neither are integrals, and they're awesome.

No

It just looks like that because of the camera or something. It actually still had good speed on it.

AWESOME, i've been waiting for something like this,,

as for the "stop, reverse" the fps of the video matched the revolutions of the diabolo, making it look like it is stopped, if i ecall correctly from davefromthegrave's videos its called the windmill effect or something like that
can't believe its not butter

I have some hand made wood sticks that increase the "cross bones" look. And I'm really wishing I had a Fire diabolo to do it with.
I think it would look Awesome like that!

Tell me, Do you like "Cross bones" or "The Jolly Roger" better for a name?

Could you do text instructions (or annotations on the video)? I can only follow well up to the inverted cradle part but I don't really get the steps afterwards.
Diabolo may be very technical - but don't overlook the artistic side ;-)

Neat! Might look nice as a silhouette. A bit like this example I drew based on Nick's solid loop binary star:

Did some splitting so that this would stay on topic.  Feel free to continue the discussion of "what an official trick is" in the other thread.

yep waterwheel effect: its not necessarily the camera its your eyes aswell. as your eyes are just cameras but work at a huge fps rate so if you look at a car wheel on the moterway it does the same thing. not sure how fast you would have to spin the diabolo to fool a HD camera but it might be worth trying???
