looking good Hamish :P Try perhaps a fts 2-2-3 or maybe 2-3-2-3 :D For 42 and 42* you have to throw them pretty high. Above your head actually. 42* might be easiest so just try throwing a big throw, do the 2* and let it land into your pattern. Then you kinda get an idea of what timing you need and how high your throw needs to be... Not sure I just learnt it too but this is what helped me xD

I normally advice people to shorten there string for 3D, but i think yours may be a bit too short making the pattern very fast and close together. Probably making throwing the 4 out of the shuffle a lot harder.

@Tipper: I am trying 2-2-3, my biggest problem is that  go 4 2* but then I throw the next one way too high so I end up trying a 4 2* 5 2* 2* 3*. with 2-3-2-3 i find the 2nd 4 hard. But i will keep trying.

@Dodson: I was thinking of changing my string just before, but this is how I like my string for 1D. Plus I'm low on string, I'm getting 70 m soon though

BTW I can exit double armstall 8 times out of 10
