Ain't it just you growing or getting stronger because you grow?
Keeping it balanced
I think you're wrong.
I'm not a hugely co-ordinated person with my left hand but through correct technique I can force my hand to catch or do repetative throwing motions, doesn't at all mean I have become more co-ordinated out side of diabolo...
well there is sufficient evidence that juggling and ting do increase your ability to problem solve and find patterns.
but as for the rest...pfffft
I know I fee smarter since I started diaboloing.
If any of you have something similar, please tell. I could not hit 60 mph in baseball last year, now I can hit 90 mph in a batting cage. It's even more incredible because I didn't do baseball at all from when I started juggling and diabolo, to when I could hit 90 mph.
Diabolo DEFINITELY improves your co-ordination.However, it really wouldn't matter what type of co-ordination activity you did (cricket, squash, basketball, table tennis, fencing, juggling etc.) they will all improve your overall co-ordination just like diabolo.Proof? It'd have to be done in a controlled experiment - however it's still a really difficult thing to measure.Anecdotal evidence (e.g. now I'm better at this sport and I've been doing diabolo for 2 years) if not normally considered enough 'proof' in the scientific world
