I KNOW there must be information on this site somewhere and i HAVE looked and failed.
I understand balls/club siteswaps but have no clue as how they apply to diabolo.
Put me out of my misery.
Especially when it comes to low feed the sun stuff.

I would say the best bet would be to buy Diabology.
They have a siteswap section, and with the dvd there is included tutorials of siteswaps, including info.

if you understand normal siteswaps then just think of three high or low as a three in one hand fountain. that way all the siteswaps will work in balls that are done in diabolo with a few exceptions. a 1 is a sun in diabolo as obviously cant be done in three in one hand. well you could do something in the time but whatever. in low a sun is represented with a * so a feed 42*3* is a normal 42 but the two is a sun instead of a throw. its the followed straight away with a three diabolo sun. however if the siteswap was 42*33* the the same thing applies with the 42 but there is one throw of three in-between the 2 sun and the 3 sun so therefore not feed the sun.
if your understanding of siteswaps covers pirouettes then a 0 should be very familiar to you and applies the same in diabolo. so:
0 = Pierette or whatever you want to do
1 = generally a sun but again as long as the diabolo remains on the string no one cares
2 = a throw the height of 2 diabolo high or low
3 = a throw the height of 3 diabolo high or low
etc etc
so really if you understand siteswaps in juggling then in comparison diabolo siteswaps are a lot easier as as far as i know there are no sync throws (3, 3) or multiplexes [3,3x] to worry about
hope this helps

IT's just the star thing i didnt get, but do get now.
3D feed the sun would be.
i.e. what would a "D sun be represented by, 2*?

Yeah, a number followed by a * means a diabolo sun with x number diabolos.
So 3*-2* = 3 diabolo sun, 2 diabolo sun.
