How long should a submission be? I don't think that I have any novel tricks to share so is that likely to be cut?

As long as the trick of combo that you are doing. Don't worry about it, enter it anyway if its filmed well and the trick looks good it MIGHT make it...

I think if people have any good ideas for the intro they should keep it to themselves, film it and submit it. I know you were trying to inspire group creativity with your idea Hamish, but I don't think its one that will work. However if more people are up for it then go ahead!

Yes, but if you're on a public network (like a college dorm) it is known to use a lot of bandwidth and slow things down for everyone else.

I`ve tried to send it to myself to see how the file and the other stuff is there, my videos are in ES6 file and I dont think thats work, do you know how I could change the file type?

im relly stuggling to get hold of a camera.  the uni wont let me borrow one unless i get approved by my head of department.  im having a meeting tommoz so will try and get them to sign it on the sly.  but it doesnt look good.  pitty. i like my combo.

Also, is it ok if I use an iPhone 4's camera? I know it's a mobile phone camera but it does shoot in 720p and the quality is pretty damned good...

The iPhone 4 camera would be just fine. Just try and steady it on something. Attach it to a tripod in some makeshift way or place it on something. If the filmer needs to move then attach the iPhone to something heavy to reduce camera shake. Basically, just hold it steady and use good light (like any camera!).

I a lost. me and my friend were filming away on his HD camera... and his SDHC card won't be read by my computer, which means that We have to wait for him to get his cord to be able to submit, which isn't good becuase the next time we can see eachother will be like the 4th of December...

Can I send my submissions in on the 4th of December? If not, I have SOME tricks on my crappy camera.
