But, those small cup bearing diabolos.  What do i need to assemble one for myself?

so you need spintastics spinabolo pro cups , sundia fly teflon bearing , fly axle , fly hubs and fly washers (im not sure about washers  :P)

It's not called anything, it's just a simple, yet cool thing he made up. Basically you just hold the string and spin the string around so that the stick that the string is connected to ends up in the other hand. If you don't understand, look at it, and try to visualise each part.
