Suns Tutorial Please?

I'm deceent at the diabolo, but I get confused when I watch videos on Suns.

If anyone has watched the daibology video, they've seen the beginning when the man does all the different variations for the sun trick.

Can anyone give me a better tutorial then the one in Diabology? Or at least one that has slow motion. I learn really slowly and it's hard for me to watch the videos that don't explain throughly.

I think you have neglected the possibility that he meant 1d suns. I do find that the behind the back suns are particularly hard to learn from just seeing.

Is the 2D way of doing suns essentially the same as learning how to do it with 1D?

Same concept - a lot harder. You need to be good at 2d and also 1d suns
