3d high siteswaps
« on: March 30, 2011, 04:48:00 PM »
Hey guys,

Is there anywhere on the site or on the net (except artofdiabolo) where most of the 3d high siteswaps that have been created are listed? I know that Priam has a shirt where most of them are listed but is it as well written somewhere in here?

Thanks

You can just look for ball shower siteswaps, as the shower pattern is the same for diabolo (I think...)

almost! ;) As there are still two hands involved in normal siteswaps, shower patterns have 1s inbetween each high throw from the right, so you have to transform them first.. 441 is a popular pattern which isn't a shower, too.

@albert: i bet you can just try any siteswap out there which has no multiplexes in it.. you can download a nice and HUGE list of siteswaps up to 9 objects (or something) at http://www.owenreynolds.net/notation/siteswap%20Cards_SG.pdf by Gandini Juggling.

Have fun with it, i'll start playing around with them when I eventually get any better at 2 and 3d high (:

The Gandini's once published their famous siteswap cards, they should be online freely in pdf format. If not I can email em you (the pfd file). Was kinda blind there or something...

But for diabolo siteswaps, you won't find much complete lists. I think actually at jongle.net they kept a list of achieved swaps worldwide (confirm anyone?)

So may be we could start a list here because I have not found anything on jongle.net. I will already look for all 3d high siteswaps I can found on videos and then if it's ok post it here as a ressource for high diabolo players. If you guys have some personal ones you want to share it will be great to have it here.
