Where is Terrace or streetshowperforming legal

Hi their I got a few questions:
in wich big cities is performing in front of a terrace legal?

I would really like to go to Barcelona with someone and perform infront of terraces the whole day. I tried it out last year once. I got 10 euro in 2 minutes..

Second question: In wich big cities is doing a streetshow in the summer legal?
And wich way can earn you the most money if you have a good streetshow or short terrace show?

And are their cities where its not legal but where you can get an document to do it legal?

Sorry I only earn 6 euros an hour.. And I rather earn a bit more in the summer by doing my hobby then standing in the dishes the whole summer...
