i couldnt really find any topic about this in here.
i am stuck at cascade/reverse cascade for several months now.
i just cant get it work.
i go into both via mini columns, but i cant really hold it for very long, maybe like 2 catches.
can you give me any tips on how to keep it going proper?

for the cascades you must be slow, do big moves so throw each diabolos one after the other, by separating the movements of the right hand and left hand. something important, too, the string must be stretched  ;) good luck :)
