That was pretty funny. Maybe you would like to write it down before recording, :)
That problem that you have with your camera drives me nuts. The trick is good looking, but the ending is ... let's say unclean

Yeah I should still figure out a solid single way to exit it ^^
Well - When I made my 3d tips video - i wrote it down, but I made this tutorial in 5min since I was in a hurry :P
And the camera - I'm sending it to get fixed tomorrow  :-D

Isn't this 'just' Garner's VotW integral thing? This is probably the ugliest entry that one can think of. No offense.

well, ok.
even thought, if you are talking about this one:
http://www.youtube.com/dcavotw#p/search/1/ck9QOf8Xldk

its a little different, since before he started the integral, he released 1 stick.
i release both at the same time.

Hmmm...don't wish to go off topic here so I'll keep it short. I've tried it and it didn't work for me. I used proper industrial bearing grease and it didn't really do anything. You could give it a go but it might be worth getting new ones. I've just ordered some Henry's freehubs which are supposed to be silent  :)

I know I am replying quite late.
I love the trick and the tutorial, but didn't Joona do the same thing (but a little longer by hitting sticks) in Tricka Technology or GJB (not suer which one, but I know he did it) I will try and find link and time soon.

I used to have an open mind, but my brains kept falling out.

I have found one version of the trick at 2:08 in Tricka Technology (by Joona):
Tricka Technology - juggling videos hosted @ Juggling.tv
There is another video with Joon doing the same trick with a prurple Sundia Fly from a close-up front on camera angle (so it is easier to see) I can't find it but I know it's not GJB or GJB2 OR Trika Technology, i'm too lazy to watch all their videos now. I may post a link if I find it or if someone else finds it before me please post link with time.

I'm pretty sure that's the only time that trick has been in a video of theirs. It's not like them to put a trick in multiple videos. That and the fact that I've watched their videos so many times that I've practically memorized the video. I can only remember that trick once.
